اختبار فحص الشاحنات

الحصول على رخصة قيادة تجارية (CDL) من الفئة A في الولايات المتحدة يُعد خطوة مهمة لمن يرغب في قيادة الشاحنات الكبيرة التي تسحب مقطورات. يتضمن الامتحان العملي جزءًا مهمًا يُعرف بفحص المركبة قبل الرحلة (Pre-Trip Inspection)، وهو ضروري لتقييم سلامة المركبة وكفاءة السائق في تحديد العيوب المحتملة.

خلال الامتحان، قد يُطلب منك فحص جزء واحد من الشاحنة (أمامي، وسط، خلفي)، بالإضافة إلى فحص داخلي للمقصورة وفحص لنظام الفرامل الهوائية. يجب أن تتحدث بصوت مرتفع وتستخدم عبارات بالإنجليزية مثل:

  • I will check...

  • I am checking...

  • It is not damaged, properly mounted and not leaking.

أولًا: فحص داخل المقصورة (Inside Cab Inspection)

  • حزام الأمان:

    I will check the seatbelt. It is not ripped, torn, or frayed. It latches and adjusts properly.

  • عجلة القيادة:

    I am checking the steering wheel. No more than 10 degrees of play, and it turns smoothly.

  • المرايا:

    I will check the mirrors. They are clean, not cracked, and properly mounted.

  • العدادات:

    I will check the gauges: oil pressure, water temperature, voltmeter. All are working and in normal range.

  • المساحات:

    I am checking the windshield wipers and washer fluid. Wipers operate smoothly and the fluid sprays correctly.

  • البوق:

    I will check both horns. They are working properly.

  • الإشارات والأضواء:

    I will check the turn signals, high beam, low beam, and emergency flashers. All are functioning properly.

ثانيًا: فحص نظام الفرامل الهوائية (Air Brake Check)

  1. اختبار التسرب:

    I will turn the engine off, turn the key on, release both parking brakes, press the service brake, and hold it for one minute. I should not lose more than 4 PSI.

  2. إنذار انخفاض الضغط:

    I will pump the brakes until the low air warning light and buzzer activate around 60 PSI.

  3. اختبار الفرامل الطارئة:

    I will continue to fan the brakes until both valves pop out between 20–40 PSI.

ثالثًا: الفحص الخارجي

١. الجزء الأمامي

  • المصابيح الأمامية:

    I will check the headlights, turn signals, and clearance lights. They are clean, not broken, and properly mounted.

  • الزجاج الأمامي:

    I am checking the windshield. No cracks, no illegal stickers, and seals are intact.

  • المرايا الخارجية:

    I will check the mirrors. Clean, not cracked, and securely mounted.

  • تحت المركبة:

    I am looking under the truck for any leaks or puddles. Nothing is leaking.

٢. حجرة المحرك

  • مستوى الزيت:

    I will check the oil level using the dipstick. Level is within safe range.

  • سائل التوجيه:

    I am checking the power steering fluid. It is full and not leaking.

  • الأحزمة:

    I will check the belts. They are not cracked or frayed and have no more than 3/4 inch of play.

  • سائل التبريد:

    I will check the coolant reservoir. It is at the proper level and not leaking.

  • الخرطيم والأسلاك:

    I am checking all hoses and wires. No leaks, no cracks, and properly secured.

٣. المحور الأمامي

  • الإطار الأمامي:

    I will check the front tire. Tread depth is at least 4/32, no cuts or bubbles, and properly inflated.

  • الحافة والصواميل:

    I am checking the rim for damage, no illegal welds. Lug nuts are tight and none are missing.

  • صمام الهواء:

    I will check the valve stem. Not broken, no leaks, and has a cap.

  • فرامل أمامية:

    I will check brake hose, chamber, slack adjuster, and brake drum. All are secure, no leaks, and no damage.

٤. جانب السائق ومنطقة الوقود

  • خزان الوقود:

    I will check the fuel tank and cap. No leaks and securely mounted.

  • باب السائق:

    I will check the door, hinges, and handle. It opens and closes properly.

  • السلم:

    I will check the steps. Secure, no damage, and clean.

٥. نظام الربط بين الشاحنة والمقطورة

  • اللوح المنزلق:

    I will check the skid plate. Properly greased and mounted flat on the apron.

  • الإبرة:

    I am checking the kingpin. Not bent or broken.

  • الفك:

    I will check the locking jaws. Fully closed around the kingpin.

  • لا يوجد فراغ:

    There is no gap between the skid plate and the apron.

٦. مؤخرة المقطورة

  • الإطارات الخلفية:

    I will check the rear tires. Tread depth is at least 2/32, evenly worn, and properly inflated.

  • الفرامل الخلفية:

    I am checking all brake components: hose, chamber, slack adjuster, and drum.

  • الأضواء الخلفية:

    I will check the rear lights and signals. Clean, red in color, and functioning.

  • أبواب المقطورة:

    I will check the trailer doors. Closed and latched properly.
